Once upon a time a little boy was born. His mother looked down and said: A poet! His father looked up from behind his newspaper and said: I know it. The little boy stopped crying and said: I hope i don't blow it.
He grew up and the next thing he did was find a home away from home. He became a hitchhiking guide during the eightees and ninetees. Bumming his way around visiting the towns that crossed his path singing and playing his guitar until it was time to move on again.
Later on moving around in an old Ford Transit van also known as The Bananabus in which he can still be spotted occasionally. 1998 his first cd Vagabond got good critics and was played on the national radio. In 2001 he won a contest for best singer/songwriter of the province Overijssel.
His second album Walkabout was recorded around easter 2002. It contains 14 new songs, and was played by VPRO and VARA radio.
